ENAC License
All our UAS Operators are qualified for Specialized Operations in Standard Scenarios STS-01 and STS-02. Covered by insurance with a maximum of € 1,300,000 and in possession of all the necessary certificates to operate in any scenario.
A1-A2-A3 and SPECIFIC certificates, CRM certificate, Aeronautical Communications certificate and identification QR Code. Thanks to these qualifications, we can provide service with our drones in any location, be it an urban center, a national park or for a night flight, with prior authorization. We also take care of requesting authorizations if they are necessary to operate in a specific area.
Authorizations for Drone Service in central Rome
In order to operate with drones in some areas of Rome we will have to request specific authorizations. Given the presence of numerous sites of historical interest, hospitals, and prisons, the Central area of the city is covered by several NO Fly ZONES.
All UAS operations are prohibited in these areas, unless otherwise authorized by ENAC.
Timing: in general, it takes from 15 to 30 days to obtain authorization to take aerial shots in restricted areas of Rome.
Image copyrights: to carry out aerial shots in areas of particular interest (Colosseum, Via dei Fori Imperiali, Vatican, etc.), in addition to authorizations from ENAC and the Prefecture, the authorization of the entity that owns the site will also be needed. interest. Based on the type of images that will be created and on which platforms they will be reproduced (TV – Youtube – Social etc.) to obtain the authorization it may be necessary to pay image rights to the owner body.
